The Functionality You Need, When You Need It

The need to supply customers, partners and key vendors with customized reports is a requirement for companies doing business in their home region or around the world.  The functionality and appearance of these reports reflects directly on your company.  They are as unique as your company.

With Evergreen’s LaserForms.Deluxe you decide what functionality you need and then only purchase those modules.  This approach enables you to have a customized solution without paying for functionality you don’t need.

LaserForms.Deluxe offers six complementary modules to speed development and deployment of customized documents. These modules expand the reach of LaserForms.Deluxe and offer enhanced performance, reliability and scalability for critical business needs.  The module approach also enables you to easily add functionality as your company’s needs expand.

LaserForms.Deluxe modules include LaserForms.Deluxe Mail, LaserForms.Deluxe Fax, LaserForms.Deluxe Archive, LaserForms.Deluxe XML and modules designed for integration to most ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX & NAV), Epicor, Sage, AS400 etc. Each element integrates with your existing legacy applications to support your migration from labor and paper-intensive systems to a significantly more cost-effective and faster electronic document process.

The software, which runs as a service on Windows, captures the output from your ERP system and transforms it into professional-looking electronic documents.  The documents can be converted to a variety of formats – PCL, PDF, TIFF, XML, ebXML, RDI, XSF etc. – depending on the needs of your partners, vendors and customers.

Documents can easily be customized to include any desired design, logo graphics, barcode, watermark etc.  Special text, messages or logos can appear for different customers, and no programming expertise is required to achieve a quality document or report.

With LaserForms.Deluxe, customers will receive individual personalized messages and documents.
